How does ordering cakes work?

To order a custom cake, it’s a two step process. First, fill out the order form so I can give you a price quote based on the type of cake and the level of detail. Then, pay the corresponding cake order on the site to confirm your order. After that, sit back and wait for your cake to be delivered! Note: all cakes must be ordered at least 2 weeks before the delivery date.

I have an allergy. How do you prevent contamination?

The main allergens used in the kitchen are gluten, dairy (eggs, milk, butter), and nuts (mainly almond, pistachio). It is impossible to prevent gluten contamination– even if items are gluten free, they are not safe for people with a gluten allergy. With nuts and other potential allergens, I bake nut items on separate trays than non-nut items and use separate pastry tools.

Why is everything out of stock?

Baked goods (croissants, bread, cookies) go on sale 5 days before they’re delivered. Check out my instagram for updates on when baked goods go on sale.
